  • What programmes are offered at the Raman Bhakta School of Architecture?

    The Raman Bhakta School of Architecture (RBSA) offers a Council of Architecture, India (COA) approved five-year Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) undergraduate degree programme.

  • How does one get Admission into the B.Arch. programme?

    To apply for B.Arch, the candidate needs to clear the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA). After clearing NATA, B.Arch admissions is a centralized process for the state of Gujarat, which is governed by the ACPC through their website: http://www.jacpcldce.ac.inThe website uploads Application Form, Important Dates to be followed, List of Documents to be attached, seat distribution, Guidelines for Admission Procedure, Cut off marks, merit list, process for counseling rounds and other relevant information through the ACPC website. Final list will be declared by ACPC upon closure of admissions in the respective colleges. A candidate will have to register in his/her respective university/college as per the final merit list.

  • What are the Eligibility criteria for applying to the B.Arch. programme?

    No candidate shall be admitted to architecture program unless he/she has passed:

    An examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination

    OR

    10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject, with at least 50% marks in aggregate

    AND

    The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) and secured minimum of 25% in MCQ portion (30 out of 120) and minimum of 25% in Drawing portion (20 out of 80). Overall qualifying marks (out of 200) would be based on post-exam statistics and at the discretion of the Council of Architecture.

  • What is NATA?

    The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) measures the aptitude of the applicant for the field of Architecture.   • Is there any scholarship or financial aid available for students?

    SC, ST, OBC and SEBC students are eligible to apply for scholarships provided by the State and Central Government. Additionally, the University provides Shri B.U.   • Do you accept transfer students?

    Transfer students can apply if and when a vacancy is announced on the University website at the beginning of a new academic year. Transfer students can only apply for the 3rd & 5th Semesters, as per vacancy. Only B.Arch. students from other Universities can apply for transfer.
