About the Workshop

The Workshop on Sustainable Nanomaterial Synthesis and Advanced Characterization Techniques is designed to provide participants with practical exposure to modern tools and methodologies used in nanomaterial development and characterization. The workshop emphasizes sustainable and green approaches for the synthesis of nanomaterials, aligning with current research trends and environmental considerations. This training program will offer a blend of theoretical insights and hands-on demonstrations on advanced analytical instruments used for surface and interfacial characterization, nanomaterial synthesis, and evaluation of material properties. Participants will gain experiential learning on topics such as optical tensiometry, green synthesis of nanoparticles, and synthesis and characterization of carbon dots. The workshop aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice, enabling participants to understand instrument principles, operational aspects, and real-time data interpretation.

About the Institute

Maliba Pharmacy College, a constituent Institute of UTU, is located in the picturesque campus of GopalVidyanagar on Bardoli- Mahuva road. The college is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and Directorate of Technical Education, Govt. of Gujarat. The college has state-of-the-art infrastructure and instrumental facilities and provides a serene atmosphere for academic excellence. The college houses a voluminous library; classrooms with multimedia facilities, well equipped laboratories CCSEA approved animal house, modern Computer and Language labs. The college has established a well-equipped sophisticated instrumentation laboratory for the characterization and analysis ofpharmaceuticals, developed through funding support from DST-FIST, GUJCOST, ICMR, SERB, SSIP, and UTU grants.The college offers B. Pharm., M. Pharm, Pharm. D, Pharm.D (PB) and Ph.D. degree.

About Faculty of Commerce and Management

The Faculty of Commerce and Management of Uka Tarsadia University was established in the year 2011 to instil a wide knowledge in the young energetic blood in the field of Commerce and Management courses to achieve the success.

In line with the rapid changes in the Indian economy the relevance of commerce and management education has become more essential in the country. In order to produce smart, innovative and creative professionals to the community the faculty has instigated more opportunities by practical training, internships, research projects, etc. as well as a wide range of specialization in all programme offered under faculty of Commerce and Management at UTU.

Faculty of Commerce and Management at Uka Tarsadia University offers Ph.D., MBA, M.Com, BBA, and B.Com.

To facilitate this, the conference can be attended by academicians, corporate delegates, management consultants, industry experts, and people from NGOs, research scholars and practicing managers who can highlight the existing practices, issues, challenges, strategies and future trends relating to the main theme and sub-themes of the conference.
