Following steps should be followed for issuance of LOR:

1. For application, the student has to send a request mail on director.mathematics@utu.ac.in

2. After sending mail, the student will receive reply email with ‘Approved/ Rejected’ status within 5 working days.

3. If the application is “Approved”, the student can contact any faculty for LOR in-person or via Phone/email.

4. If the application is “Rejected”, the student should contact HoD during the college working hours.
